Optimizing functional and aesthetic outcomes in post burn head neck reconstruction remains a surgical challenge. Recurrent contractures, impaired range of motion, disfigurement because disruption the subunits face, can result poor patient satisfaction ultimately, contribute to social isolation patient. Despite advancements reconstruction, such as advent free-tissue transfer, split thickness skin graft mainstay cover most care institutions around world. Usually is required raw area after release contracture.
